Highly realistic children 3d characters

We have added five kids from different parts of the world to our Complete Characters HD series. At least one color variation for the clothing is included with every character and certain details are easily removable from the textures (e.g. printings and ornaments). Every model is delivered with various LOD meshes and three standard animations (idle, talk, walk).

Rocketbox Libraries was used together with Golaem Crowd in an impressive Orange commercial. The Paris-based VFX studio Mathematic filled a Euro 2012 stadium with a large animated CGI crowd.

Female and a male security guard

We have a female and a male security guard available for you now. (female security guard and male security guard). Both characters include a 3d model of a pistol, which can be detached from the model and used separately. Hats are also removable again.

Three new ship crew 3d models

The three new ship crew 3d models have insignia for different ranks(captain, officer and helmsman). Hats are removable without any problem and shoulder board symbols can be modified, too.

Please note that we will not continue to offer the 43 characters bundles in the future, effective from May 17th, 2012. We are announcing this change in our product portfolio in advance, in case you should currently consider licensing one of these products.

Of course the character models that are included in this bundle will still be available for licensing individually - however above bundles offer a very attractive cost-per-asset price point, which will not be available anymore after the change.

New prefab 3d characters available!

Two new prefab 3d characters have been released (male farm worker and female kitchen worker / cook). The farm worker has optionally usable dirt and gloves textures. The female cook is included in a version with and without hat.

Complete Characters HD series is now available with additional Level-Of-Detail meshes (LODs)

A large part of the Complete Characters HD series is now available with additional Level-Of-Detail meshes (LODs). All business, casual and workwear character models contain additional medium, low and ultralow polygon versions of the mesh. LODs for all other character models (Middle East, uniforms, medical) from the Complete Characters HD series will be added gradually within the next few weeks.

Even with the LODs included, pricing stays the same as before for all individual characters and bundles.

The highest Level of Detail has a polygon count of 6000-9000 triangles in the Complete Characters HD series. The additional LODs have a lower mesh resolution and use less bones in the skinning. They have about 50% (medium), 25% (low) and 12% (ultralow) of the polygon count of the high poly meshes. More detailed technical specifications can be seen on our website.

Complete Characters HD bundle: raising the number of included characters to 43

New character will be added to the civilian characters bundle of Complete Characters HD and will be provided to all customers that licensed the bundle for free.

The new character on the picture above has the product ID m022. He will be added to the "Complete Characters HD" civilian characters bundle, raising the number of included characters in the bundle to 43. All existing customers who have licensed this bundle will be provided with a download link.

We are happy that we can let you know we added four new bundles and five new individual 3d characters to our Rocketbox Libraries prefab 3d model shop. All the new characters are Middle Eastern style and they comply with the Complete Characters HD bone skeleton, which means that all animation sets from the HD series fit to the characters perfectly without any need for adjustment. All of them have a facial animation rig and a large number of facial expressions and phonemes included.

Middle east rebels characters are now available

9 workwear characters are now available

A set of 9 different 3d characters in workwear, fitting very well into training applications for work safety, job instruction or ergonomics for example are now available as a bundle - alternatively each worker can also be licensed as an individual 3d model. As for all Complete Characters HD series characters, three basic animations are already included (idle, talk, walk). The workers clothing and equipment can be customized very easily (removable hard hat, toolbelt and dirt layers as well as changeable colors for example).

Bonus swimwear characters added to the Complete Characters HD bundle

As a free addition for all customers that purchased the full Complete Characters HD package we included two characters in swimwear in the package. Existing customers will get the two new characters for free.

The Complete Characters HD bundles consist of 42 different characters now. The swimwear characters can also be purchased individually, the product IDs are f021 and m021.
